Funding Pathways
We provide services under several funding streams to help make dietetic support more accessible.
If you intend to use an alternate funding pathway, please contact the clinic to confirm eligibility and booking requirements. Otherwise, the appointment will be booked as a privately funded appointment.
Medicare
Chronic Disease Management Plans (EPC) & Eating Disorder Plans (EDP)
Ask your GP if you are eligible for an EPC or EDP referral.
Clients using an EPC or EDP may access bulk-billed appointments with select dietitians and duration of appointment.*

Standard consultation – $33.60 gap
Extended consultation – $130.60 gap
Senior Dietitian
Standard consultation – $39.10 gap
Extended consultation – $141.60 gap
NDIS (Plan-Managed & Self-Managed)
We provide therapeutic and capacity-building dietetic services for NDIS participants, including nutrition assessments, meal planning, skill development, enteral feeding management, and ongoing support.
Standard Consultation Fee (60 minutes)
- Associate Dietitian $180.00
- Generalist Dietitian $194.00
- Senior Dietitian $205.00
How your consultation is funded will depend on how your NDIS plan is managed (for example, self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA-managed) and your individual funding arrangements.
Our administration team will discuss your funding options and any applicable fees with you before your appointment.
To support accessible nutrition care, appointments with our Associate Dietitian will continue to be fully covered under the current NDIS price limit for eligible participants. Although the Associate Dietitian consultation fee is $180.00, Happier, Healthier will continue to absorb the small difference, meaning there will be no out-of-pocket contribution for eligible participants seeing our Associate Dietitian.
Some participants, however, have more complex nutrition needs that require the additional experience and expertise of a Dietitian or Senior Dietitian. Where this is clinically appropriate, our team may recommend a more experienced clinician to ensure you receive the most appropriate care for your individual needs.
In these circumstances, your NDIS funding will continue to contribute towards the cost of your consultation, with any remaining fee discussed with you before your appointment.
Our recommendations will always be based on clinical need and our commitment to providing the right care, with the right clinician, at the right time.
Rural Primary Health Services (RPHS)
We offer services under RPHS for eligible regional clients, providing accessible nutrition care across our outreach regions.

Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA)
We provide dietetic services for eligible DVA Gold and White Card holders (conditions permitting).
